8. Service Availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tout Flash LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding charges.
